The Pro plan unlocks three blocks of paid content on the result screen — the per-category breakdown, the energy-label impact per intervention and the grant estimate per item — and also gives you AI intake of documents (EPC and asbestos), PDF export of the result report and a scope-of-works for your contractor.

Energy-label impact per intervention
For each selected intervention, you see the qualitative impact on your energy label (large, moderate, small) with a short rationale, grouped per focus axis (shell, production, renewable, emission, ventilation). You recognise which choices truly carry weight.
Grant estimate per item
For Flemish addresses: estimated Mijn VerbouwPremie amounts per intervention, with income category, heat-pump type, BENO pass and total-renovation bonus included. Net budget incl. VAT minus grants visible at a glance.
AI intake of certificates
Upload your energy certificate or asbestos inventory — the AI extracts the relevant values and fills them into the wizard for you. Saves manual work and makes the estimate more precise.
PDF export with branding
Download your full budget as a clean PDF to take to contractors, banks or your partner. Contains total, categories, energy-label impact and grants.
Scope-of-works for the contractor

Why pay per property?

The paid content — per-category breakdown, energy-label impact per intervention and grant estimate per item — is tied to the specific address you enter in step 1. If you move to another property or want an entirely different scenario, that's a new unlock — which we rarely see happen within one project.

Payments run via Stripe Checkout. We never see your card details. Bancontact, iDEAL, SEPA, Apple Pay and cards are supported.

What's in the AI intake?

Energy certificate and asbestos inventory work today for Pro customers — upload the PDF in step 1 and the wizard fills in automatically. We cover EPC certificates for all of Belgium (Flanders, Brussels and Wallonia).
